The Holt & Mason Fishing & Outdoors Club is built for everyone who loves Michigan's outdoors. Whether you're a competitive angler, a first-time hunter, or a parent looking for meaningful youth programs, there's a place for you here.
Based at Carp's Marine on Cedar Lake — right on Cedar Street between Holt and Mason — the club serves as a hub for outdoor education, competition, and community connection across the region.

Our competitive bass fishing team gives anglers of all skill levels the chance to sharpen their craft, compete in tournaments, and develop leadership on and off the water. Coached by experienced anglers with a passion for the sport.

Boater Safety
Certification Programs for Students & Community
Michigan requires boater safety certification for young operators — and we make it accessible and engaging. Our certified courses cover navigation rules, emergency procedures, and responsible boating practices for students and community members.

Hunter Safety
Certification Programs for Students & Community
Our DNR-approved hunter safety courses prepare new hunters with the knowledge and skills to hunt responsibly and safely. Covering firearm handling, wildlife identification, ethics, and Michigan hunting regulations.
